PEDAGOGICAL PRINCIPLES
The pedagogy of M.S. MILEO is based on:
- An understanding of decision making through the formalization of complex problems, formalization often necessary to synthesize situations made difficult by the number of actors, the absence and heterogeneity of relevant data, in the form of specialized courses conducted by the faculty of EMINES and Ecole des Mines de Paris (MINES ParisTech).
- A cross-cutting approach to supply chain issues where all facets are addressed: modeling, performance evaluation, the role of human resources and organizational structures, through conferences of experts from the professional world
- The analysis of concrete industrial situations through thematic industrial visits and where field-work is a priority.
- Putting this knowledge and operational learning into practice by conducting, with the help of the teaching body, a real-life study in long-term collaboration with one or a group of companies resulting in a thesis defense.
